Wilfried Kofmehl is Chairman of the board of directors, founder, and co-owner of Lumen Capital (Schweiz) AG. He has over 30 years of international asset management experience. Before founding Lumen Capital Investors, a multi-family office in Singapore in 2011, he spent 25 years in asset management at Swiss Bank Corporation (today UBS AG) and was based in Singapore from 2000 to 2006. He subsequently spent five years as the CEO of Bank Julius Bär in Singapore and held the overall responsibility for its private banking business in Southeast Asia.
Wilfried completed several higher, internationally recognized degrees, among them a bachelor’s degree in economics as well as a diploma as a Certified Financial Analyst (AZEK).

Andreas Luder is CEO and co-owner of Lumen Capital (Schweiz) AG and responsible for the strategic and operational management. Before joining Lumen, Andreas spent more than 25 years in wealth management at UBS AG, both in Switzerland as well as in international postings and gained diverse experience in all areas of asset management. He was a client advisor for private clients in Southeast Asia very early on in his career at UBS AG in Singapore. After his return to Switzerland, he was responsible for various departments within UBS Wealth Management, among which he held the overall responsibility for European Advisory & Sales Management. Andreas spent the last ten years advising Swiss high net worth clients and their families. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Zurich and is a certified Wealth Management Advisor for the Swiss market.

Andreas Sigg is a partner at Lumen Capital (Schweiz) AG and advises international private clients. Andreas has worked in the financial industry for over 40 years. He spent more than 30 years at RBS Coutts Bank, initially in investment banking, during which time he was, among others, head of international stock exchanges, followed by 10 years advising discerning international private clients. For the past 13 years, he was responsible for international high net worth clients at Bank Syz. Andreas was trained at RBS Coutts Bank in London, New York and Paris and holds the certificate from the Swiss Banking School.

Marco Rollero is a Partner at Lumen Capital (Switzerland) AG and serves international private clients. Marco has been in the financial industry for over 30 years. During his career, he worked for 14 years at RBS Coutts Bank in Zurich, Hong Kong and Singapore as a foreign exchange specialist and as an advisor to high net worth clients. For the last 13 years, he served sophisticated private clients at Bank Syz. Marco completed various advanced trainings in economics and financial markets and holds a diploma as Certified Financial Analyst (AZEK).

Matthias Bachmann is CIO of Lumen Capital (Schweiz) AG and responsible for the investment strategy. He has 20 years’ experience in the areas of research and portfolio management. He ran the equity sales trading team at UBS Investment Bank for ten years and subsequently co-founded MainFirst Schweiz AG, an institutional brokerage house and asset manager, where he successfully led the long/short and long-only equity strategies. Following that, he led the Swiss business of the asset manager Craton Capital and was jointly responsible for the company sector analysis as well as the equity strategy for the precious metals and commodities sectors. In the past few years, he has focused on global macro analysis and correlations as well as the corresponding strategies for private clients. At the same time, he completed a Master of Advanced Studies at the University of Zurich to become a lecturer in economics and law. Matthias holds a master’s degree in business administration and economics from the University of Basel.

Christine Dellagiacoma is responsible for the operational business of Lumen Capital (Schweiz) AG. Christine has more than 25 years of professional experience in the financial industry. Before joining Lumen, she held various positions at RobecoSAM, Partners Group, and UBS AG in the fields of asset management, private equity, and wealth management. Most recently, she was responsible for communications for a Swiss company in the industrial sector.
Christine holds a bachelor’s degree in business communications from the University of Applied Sciences in Zurich as well as a diploma in sustainable finance from the University of Zurich.

Daniel Eggenberger is a member of the Board of Directors and co-owner of Lumen Capital (Schweiz) AG. He has worked in the financial industry for over 30 years and has extensive experience and expertise in securities trading, asset management, and international group structures. He has held senior trading positions with a focus on derivatives and has built several successful companies in the securities trading, family office, real estate, energy, and financial holding sectors during his long career. In addition to his entrepreneurial activities, he has spent the last 20 years as Chairman of the Board of Directors of a global petrochemical company.

Nick Pfau is a member of the board of directors and co-owner of Lumen Capital (Schweiz) AG. He has been active in the financial industry for over 40 years and has extensive experience in advisory services for high-net-worth clients in international markets. He held various leadership positions within UBS AG, most recently as chairman of various European branches and as a member of the Group Managing Board and the Global Investment Committee Wealth Management.
Nick holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Applied Sciences in Zurich as well as a diploma from the Swiss Finance Institute.
